My husband recently had an excellent experience with Ingleside Dental in Macon, Georgia, and we are incredibly grateful for the care they provided. A few weeks ago, my husband had to have one of his front teeth removed. Because the procedure was covered through the VA, he was told he would have to wait until October 2026 for a permanent replacement. The thought of going several months without a front tooth was very upsetting, and it left him feeling self-conscious about his smile and hesitant to be around others. The team at Ingleside Dental truly went above and beyond to help. They made him a temporary replacement so he wouldn’t have to go without a front tooth while waiting for his permanent one. To make things even better, they provided him with a second replacement as a backup in case anything happened to the first one. That level of thoughtfulness and care meant more to us than words can express. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was kind, compassionate, and understanding. Let me first start out and admit that it had been a LONG time since I had seen a dentist! I have been hiding my teeth for years because of decay and then suffering from the pain of broken teeth. My dream is to have a pearly white smile be able to express the happiness I will feel in my spirit with that smile. I was so scared on my first visit!! When I met hygienist Mo, she was so kind, so compassionate and she didn't judge me! I relaxed in her presence immediately and I am so grateful for her calm and caring nature each and every visit. Dr. Brad is very professional and is easy to talk too. He has a good natured demeanor with a great sense of humor. In fact, one appointment I was laughing so hard while getting a couple of teeth extracted! I never thought that was possible. I really am so relieved that I made that phone call to make my first appointment. The office staff are top notch as well, they are all genuine and friendly. This practice has received the Best in Macon award multiple times and it shows.

I am very pleased with the care I received at Ingleside Dental. Makayla was professional, attentive and showed concern for my needs. She notified me of a cancellation and got me in the same day . I moved to the area from Florida and I must say I'm a nervous Nelly when it comes to the dentist. Dr Joey advised me of my pain free treatment options and did excellent work while executing his plan. Suzanne was thorough and informative when doing my cleaning. I'm so happy with my choice to be treated here and highly recommend getting treatment here.

I recently had my second visit at Ingleside Dental Associates, continue to be very impressed with the care I receive. I returned specifically because of Dr. Brad Robertson and his excellent team. Dr. Robertson took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. He was attentive, professional, and made the experience comfortable by simply talking with me throughout the visit. His nurse, Moe, was also incredibly kind and caring she made sure I was okay the entire time and went above and beyond to keep me at ease. Overall, the staff created a welcoming and supportive environment. Even though they are out of my insurance network, the level of comfort and compassion made it completely worth it. I would highly recommend Ingleside Dentist to anyone. A true 10 out of 10 experience.

This dentist office is full of Angels! Let me give you all the reasons why I love this dentist office (I can't believe I said and feel this way, lol, love the dentist but I do). First, they have the cleanest facility I've seen (and this from a woman whose ran a cleaning company for a decade). This is an excellent sign they care about our safety. Trust me, I've been inside medical buildings that do not consider sanitation as a factor and this is huge. Next, they're staff are kind and professional, even through all my tears and fears, they held my hands and gently wiped my fears and pain away. I was in so much pain and they took care of me quickly and with true old fashioned TLC. Afterwards I couldn't resist and asked to hug everyone in sight and they hugged me right back! Kindness to the bones.Their technology is designed to make everything as painless and easy as possible and it does the job beautifully. Finally the doctors turn. Dr. Joe is the best too! Im a survivor of multiple traumatized events and don't trust people easily but Dr. Joe made me feel so comfortable and safe. 'I'm so grateful I found this gem.
